Wills and Estates Planning
Wills
Whether you're looking for a complex will with a trust, a simple single will, or any other estate planning document, we can help.
To determine whether you might require more then a will, read our article "You may have a Will, but do you need a Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship or Advanced Care Directive in place?"
If you'd like to get started on thinking about the information required to prepare these documents, review and complete our Instruction Form. When you're ready, you can forward the completed relevant sections to us so that we can begin work on your documents.
Contact us on (02) 4444 6808 to obtain a fixed fee for all Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship and Advance Medical Directive documents.
Probate / Letters of Administration
Take the stress out of an already difficult time by entrusting us with the Probate /Letters process for a deceased estate.
Depending on the type and size of assets the deceased owned at the date of death, a grant of probate is required from the NSW Supreme Court to administer the estate of the deceased if the deceased had a Will and held assets in NSW. Letters of administration are required from the NSW Supreme Court if there are assets in NSW and the deceased died without a will or there is no executor available to administer the will.
Following our initial contact with you (by phone or in person), we can provide you with an estimate of legal fees the estate can expect to pay at the conclusion of the matter.
